Reverse Engineering of heavy equipment gears. This project consisted of reverse engineering, 3D Modeling, 2D Drawing Creating, and Outsourcing for manufacturing for 2 different gears that were no longer manufactured.
3D Printing from Customer Supplied object file. This part was then used for test fitment along with other components. This allowed the customer to receive a part that could be used quicker and cheaper than having it manufactured out of the final material.
The original component used in this application could not hold up to the environment it was in. This project including a re-design and stress analysis of the component, along with 3D Printing the updated components.
3D Scan that was converted from a surface model into a solid model, and then used for a manufacturing drawings.
These templates are designed to be used to verify left hand and right hand parts before packaging. In some cases this is a customer requirement to insure they are receiving the correct parts.

Custom RC Car parts design and 3D printed.
This design was done to insure that the proper tooling was at point of use for the operator when doing daily checks. Also meant to keep tooling an clutter off of tables by being able to be clipped near the point of use as well. This will be 3D printed to hold the essential tools and wear items that may need to be replaced.
